THERE ARE FEW THINGS A FAMILY CAN ENJOY TOGETHER IN THIS WORLD, BUT "WELCOME TO GARDEN STREET" IS CERTAINLY ONE OFTHEM. THE MUSIC IS BOTH LIGHT AND BOUNCY FOR THE KIDS, BUTALSO WRITTEN IN SUCH A WAY FOR ADULTS TO ENJOY AS WELL.
THIS IS GREAT "TRIP" MUSIC AS IT CAN BE PLAYED OVER AND OVER WITH NO ONE GOING CRAZY IN THE FRONT OR BACK SEAT OF THE CAR!

"...Colorado has an active childrens-music scene, as any parent knows who has stopped by the kiddie stage at one of the summer street festivals. "Welcome to Garden Street" by Jim Salestrom is a good example. Salestrom, a veteran country-folk-rock singer-guitarist who has lived in Summit County for two decades, also ventures into childrens music occasionally, as he does on this new set of crisp, lively songs. The Lyrics, by Nancy Mills, offer whimsical wordplay that should keep a wide range of ages interested."
