Shipping & Delivery: We will ship your order within two business days if the item is in stock. If we are out of your ordered item, we will contact you by e-mail to let you know when it will be shipped. If you wish to expedite your shipment (e.g., Priority Mail, FedEx, UPS), or if you wish to ship outside the Continental United States, we will try to accommodate you. Simply let us know in your comments as you check out, or by contacting us at info@pieintheskypublishing.com. The additional charges will be added to your order.
Privacy & Security: We never share ANY customer information. All your transactions are secure.
Returns & Replacements: You may return ordered products within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping charges, as long as they are in new and resalable condition. We'll gladly accept returns of any product that is damaged in shipping.
